Custom Designed Straps are defined as any strap that is not in our standard designs listed on our website. This includes custom cut webbing, any netting, custom branded straps of our standard design, or any non standard variation of a standard design, etc. These designs must be submitted with a picture, drawing, sketch, diagram, or mock up with appropriate measurements and details. Any proceedings without such visual instructions will be at the liability of the customer. Verbal and/or textual instructions without visual instructions are subject to the interpretation of Strapworks.com and under the liability of the customer.
Custom Designed Straps may be subject to prototyping before production begins. If prototyping is deemed necessary by either Strapworks.com or the customer a sample will be made first at the customers expense, which must be authorized by email, signed fax, or given verbal approval before production may begin. Only if a signed authorization has been given to Strapworks.com may custom straps be returned if found to be produced incorrectly according to specifications given to Strapworks.com. If no written authorization has been sent to Strapworks.com, then all custom straps are final and non-refundable.
To get your design into development with the Custom department please send as much information about what you would like us to make to Custom@strapworks.com; This will enable the Custom department to accurately work up a quote and contact you back. Typically this process can take up to two weeks, but may take less time. E-mailing the Custom department is the first step to getting you a custom strap.
Strapworks.com is open Monday thru Friday (exceptions include most Federal holidays), and all policies pertain to the work week and business days.

All Returns MUST be authorized by a Strapworks.com Agent (call 541-741-0658 for an RMA return number) and a RMA form must be filled out and included with return. RMA's must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving your RMA # or they become invalid. Returns not including a fully filled out RMA Form (with RMA#) may be refused and shipped back at customers expense. Orders returned for refund may be subject to a restocking fee.
Orders returned without an RMA Form will be charged at least a 10% restocking fee.

1. If we sent you the wrong product, Strapworks will refund for the most economical shipping.
2. If we sent you merchandise that is defective in function, please send an email to email@example.com.
Hardware - Hardware may be returned for Exchange or Product Cost Refund Only. If Hardware has been altered in ANY WAY then it is NON-RETURNABLE. PLEASE NOTE: Strapworks.com has NO minimums. We encourage you to order 1 or 2 of an item if you are in any way uncertain of its ability to meet your needs. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Webbing - Webbing is NON-RETURNABLE unless you were sent the wrong webbing according to your order. Webbing over 50 continuous feet may be Exchanged Only. Altered or Cut Webbing is non-returnable. Please check your order before filling out the RMA Return Form and making a return. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Straps - All Straps are custom made for each customer according to their specifications. Because of this, Straps are NON-RETURNABLE. If your straps were made incorrectly according to your specifications, please email Support@strapworks.com
We reserve the right to resell any returned products. Including, but not limited to: custom and or proprietary straps.
Webbing ordered over 30 feet may contain splices. Splices are where a previous length of webbing has ended and a new piece has started on the roll. If you wish to not receive a splice in your order (up to 300 feet for Polypropylene or 150 feet for Nylon) you may request this through "Special Instructions" during checkout or through email with any of our Customer Service Reps (emails located at http://www.strapworks.com/contactus.html). Requesting no splices may add (up to one week) waiting time to your order as we must request that from our mills. Please know that we never deliberately put splices in any of our orders, this is the way we receive some of our rolls of webbing from our mills.
Webbing color dye lots may change. Color shades may vary sometimes with the same color. We strive to keep a color in a continuous shade, but occasionally our mills have a dye lot change that will cause the shade to differ from our previous stock. If you require that a shade never change from order to order you must request this with your first order and we will keep a sample in your file for future reference, but we cannot promise or guaranty that we can keep your shade as a stock item for your future purchases. We may request that you sign a purchasing agreement so that we may keep a constant stock of your color shade for future purchases.
Strapworks LLC has the right to refuse any order, sample request, or quote from any customer for any reason. If payment hasn't been received then its considered a "pending" order and will not fulfilled till payment is received. If payment has been received and the order has been canceled Strapworks LLC will refund the money within 10 business days.
Orders may be canceled up to the moment of shipment to customer. If any or all of the order is canceled after order has been paid for and shipped than up to a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Most orders are filled within 24-72 hours and shipped to your specifications.
Straps are all Made-To-Order, if you are in a rush or need to know the lead time you may want to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. While we strive to get every order out as soon as possible, it sometimes can take several business days to ship smaller orders and up to several weeks to ship larger orders, based on the customer queue in our production department. We sometimes are able to accommodate customer delivery dates or lead times, but only upon confirmation from Support@strapworks.com.
If you are having your webbing Sublimated, please expect to add 2 to 10 days to your orders lead time dependent upon the complexities of your choice of design.
For orders containing Powdercoated metal hardware, please allow an extra 2 to 5 days for your order to go through our Powdercoating process.
Custom Orders will have their own manufacturing time schedule which is discussed at time of order.
Please Note that during holiday seasons shipping may take longer than normal (please adjust to add 1-2 days to your shipping). STRAPWORKS.COM is not responsible for late shipments. We use shippers with proven service. However, even FedEx and the Postal Service occasionally lose orders or deliver late. We will help you track and resolve missing package issues. If an order is found to be lost or damaged you may be asked to fill out our Lost Package Claim Agreement or Missing Product Claim Agreement to help expedite the claims process and ship you a replacement order or missing product. Strap orders are packaged bulk en mass. Additional packaging, rolling and banding, and labeling are available with additional handling fees applied, contact us for more information. Asking for expedited service on strap orders does not guarantee that your order will go out the same day you ordered. ALL strap orders go into queue according to when they are received. Asking for overnight service does not move an order to the "head of the line". We will, of course, ship according to your instructions once your straps have been made. You may call for up to the minute information on production times.
Customers that are in the local area may choose to pick up their order at our location at no additional charge if picked up within 2 weeks of receiving "your order is ready" call or email. Non-Returnable products may be resold without refund if unclaimed after 1 month.
When shipping items via customer account number, speed and method of
shipping must be listed. Any orders with unspecified speed will be
shipped ground via the account number provided.
Any product Strapworks.com deems abandoned by the customer after one month of storage is not refundable and is subject to resale. Funds paid for said product will be considered storage fees and are not refundable. Abandonment is constituted if the customer has either designated to pick up the product at Strapworks.com and has neglected to do such within a period of one month, has not provided alternate shipping arrangements within a period of one month, and/or has not contacted Strapworks.com or made arrangements with Strapworks.com concerning the product within a period of one month.
Restocking Fee Policy
Any Return(s) may be subject to a 10%-50% restocking fee if any and/or all of these conditions are met
1. Order was shipped correctly and all product matched what you ordered.
2. Order was returned more than 17 business days after receiving it.
3. Product was used or modified before returning.
4. Product was used in a manner that was not intended and/or exceeded maximum usage guidelines.
5. An RMA Form was not properly filled out, not included at all with your return, or did not include an authorized RMA Number.
has a no minimum purchase policy. We actively encourage you to buy only
what you need to accurately test the suitability of our products for
your application before committing to larger quantities. It is your
responsibility to test our hardware for appropriate strength; to test
our webbing for sew ability and colorfastness; to check our finished
straps and other products for functionality. If you are using our
products for resale to your own clients, it is further your
responsibility to insure the suitability of those products for your
client's end use. We do not endorse client's designs. Any advice given
is not to be construed as an endorsement of that product for your use.
Any and all specifications, including listed breaking strengths, are
guidelines only. Strapworks.com's liability shall be limited to
replacement or refund (as per other guidelines on this page).
Strapworks.com is not liable for incidental damage or injury incurred
through the use of our products. When purchasing products on this
website, or by phone or e-mail, you expressly agree to this policy.
No Customer Information is ever shared with any other individual or company. Any information gathered from orders/emails/faxes/or any other communication with Strapworks.com is securely stored at the Strapworks facility. Emails gathered by our Newsletter Program or any other manner are only used by Strapworks.com and are not released to anyone. You may be removed from the Strapworks.com Newsletter by requesting so through Remove@strapworks.com.
