This is a mil-spec webbing that is 1 3/4" wide. It's thickness ranges from .060 to .100 inches, and has a 6,000lb. tensile strength. Military flat nylon is most commonly used for military belts, shoulder straps, rifle slings, and backpacks. Most of the colors do have yellow stitching on both sides.

Military flat nylon is also available in 3/4 inch, 1 inch  mil spec 4088 1 inch.  Other nylon webbing options include: Flat nylon webbing in 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1-1/2 inch, and 2 inch widths. Flat nylon tape 1/2 inch, 1 inch and scuba webbing made with nylon 1-7/8 inch.
