We use these on our ratchet straps and custom applications. They can be combined with virtually any buckle to make a versatile strap. The coated hooks are great where you don't want to mar the surface they are against. Our S-hooks have a 1200 lb. test, but please keep in mind that once it is attached to a "cut" piece of material the strength changes.
