BioThane’s Granite 230 series is a polyester webbing which features a comfortable, matte, thermoplastic polyurethane coating. This leather-like TPU coating gives the webbing high UV and abrasion resistance; it also makes the webbing waterproof and cleanable. Made in America, and compliant with the Berry Amendment, the BioThane™ granite series is especially popular in tactical applications, such as rifle slings, belts, safety straps, and more! This 2 inch black “high flex” BioThane™ is thinner and more flexible than the standard version, but just as strong. It features a matte, opaque coating, has an approximate thickness of .075’’-.085’’, and a breaking strength of 1,000lbs.
