Like nylon it has an impressive abrasion resistance, and like polypropylene it has a low absorption rate and moisture resistance — protecting it from weathering like rot and mildew. Our 2 inch tubular polyester has a breaking strength of 2800lbs (maximum recommended working load 935lbs), an approximate thickness of .065’’-.090’’, and a melting point of 500°F. This tubular nylon is sublimated in house, which allows us to offer custom-made patterns, logos and designs on top of our wide selection of colors and patterns. All of our sublimated polyester is colorfast meaning it will not bleed.
