Shipping and Returns Policies
Strapworks requires authorization for all returns and exchanges using an RMA form and RMA number issued by Customer Service. To obtain authorization please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order. Once an RMA has been issued, the order must be returned within 7 days. Any returns received after 17 business days may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Strapworks does not authorize returns on any product that has been used, modified, or damaged. Any product Strapworks determines has been used, modified, or damaged will be returned to the customer at their expense.
All refunds issued will be for the cost of the product minus shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with return or exchange. All refunds are issued back to the same form of payment that was used at the time of purchase. Please be advised that it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Webbing, Elastic, Hook & Loop, Velcro, and Cordage may be returned for on lengths 50 feet and over. Lengths under 50 feet or containing splices will not be authorized.
Custom Straps and Custom printed webbing are not returnable. Please see “Custom Straps” for more information.
Strapworks does not accept returns on any straps, belts, powder coated hardware, or rolls of webbing less than 50 feet.
Hardware can be returned with authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee of 0%-20%.
Bargain Barn items are sold as is and are not returnable.
Most orders are fulfilled within three business days. Customers whose orders require additional lead time will receive an email with an estimated ship date. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com for further details regarding lead time.
Customers will receive an order confirmation and copy of the invoice to the email address provided immediately after the order is placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the invoice for accuracy and completeness. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for any discrepancies or errors.
Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com for any changes to your order. Changing an order may cause a delay in shipping and increase your lead time. Orders that have shipped cannot be changed. All orders requiring sewing (straps and belts) may not be changed once they are in process.
Orders can be cancelled up to the moment of shipping. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee as determined at the time of cancellation.
Strapworks offers a wide range of shipping options and options vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Cost for shipping is calculated by the shipping company chosen. Strapworks does not charge any additional handling fees.
Transit time is determined by the shipping company and can change due to weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances. Transit time is in addition to any in house lead time required to produce your order.
First Class and Ground shipping are typically 5-7 business days. 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight are as labeled, however, delivery within the desired time frame is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday. Priority mail is delivered within three business days and does include Saturdays. Economy shipping can take 7-10 business days and may include Saturday as a delivery day.
APO/FPO orders welcome. No estimates in delivery times are given.
International orders welcome. No estimates in delivery times are given. International orders with invalid or insufficient address are subject to additional fees by the country’s customs department.
International orders may be subject to additional fees for customs and duties. Strapworks does not have any control over these fees and does not pay them, and does not have the ability to provide an estimate for these fees. Customs and duties are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please check with your local customs border service before ordering. Packages held by customs will require customer contact to address the issue and pay any additional fees. In the event a customer does not respond to customs requests to fix any issues or refuses to pay the additional fees, customs may destroy the package. Destroyed orders will not be refunded or credited.
Strapworks is happy to ship using your business shipping account. Please select the “Business FedEx Account/Enter speed in comments” option at check out and enter your account number and desired shipping speed into order comments at checkout. We do not charge any fees for this service, however, the shipping company may. Please contact the desired shipping company regarding fees and costs. Invalid account numbers may incur additional shipping fees.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. The tracking number is not valid until after 4pm PST on the day of shipment.
Strapworks does offer ‘In Store Pickup’ for those customers in the area. Customers who select this option will be contacted to pick up their order in person from our Eugene, Oregon location. Orders not picked up within two weeks will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders may not be refunded. Customers may request an order be held longer than two weeks. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to make these arrangements.
Webbing ordered over 30 feet may contain splices. Splices occur when a previous length of webbing has ended and a new piece has started on the roll. The two pieces are typically joined using staples or tape. Splices do not offer any strength or support to the webbing. If you wish to receive a continuous piece of webbing, up to 300 feet for Polypropylene, 150 feet for Flat Nylon, or 120 feet for Polyester, please request this at the time of checkout in the “Order Comments” section. Requesting “No Splices” may delay your order if we do not currently have any in stock.
Webbing color and dye lots can vary. Color shades may vary within the same color. Our mills may change the color or shade without notice, however we do strive to keep colors and shades consistent where possible. We are able to color match with our Polyester Webbing and keep a pretty consistent color stock for those customers that notify us of their need.
Standard Straps and Belts
Standard Straps and Belts are defined as straps and belts purchasable through our Straps and Tie Downs or Belts category listed on our website. Any change beyond the options available on the product page, requires a custom request through our Custom Department. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
Standard straps and belts are made to order and may require lead time to manufacture according to the option choices specified. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for an estimated lead time and delivery date. Please note, we do not stock any straps or belts, we only stock the webbing and hardware to make straps and belts.
Custom Straps are defined as any strap not found in the standard designs listed on our website under Straps and Tie Downs. This includes but is not limited to; custom cut webbing, any netting, custom branded or printed webbing, or any non-standard variation of a standard strap. You may contact our Custom Department at email@example.com for a custom request. Please include a drawing, picture, or sketch with your request. The custom department will work with you to ensure they fully understand your design and application and provide a quote. All custom requests are subject to lead time dependent on several factors. Please work with your custom representative to determine the current lead time.
Strapworks uses a process called Sublimation to transfer an image, pattern, or color, onto Polyester webbing. We offer a selection of colors and patterns standard on our website. Strapworks tries to keep all standard colors and patterns on the shelf and ready to ship, however, at times it may be necessary to sublimate your webbing to order. In that case you will be notified of lead time via email or phone. If you require your webbing by a specific date, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options. For any variation of the colors or patterns found on our website, for color matching service, or to create your own original design; please contact our Custom Department at email@example.com
Powder Coating is the process of adhering colored powder onto metal hardware, then baking it until it becomes a hardened shell. We offer a variety of colors on most of our metal hardware. Most powder coating is Made-To-Order and may require lead time to produce according to the option choices you made before checkout.
Strapworks has the right to give, remove, or refuse any coupon used by a customer. Coupons may be added, removed, or modified at any time for any reason. One coupon may be used at a time, using multiple coupons is at the discretion of Strapworks. Strapworks is under no obligation to honor coupon codes found on other websites. Coupons found on other websites may not be valid or even created by Strapworks. Some coupons do have an expiration date, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if your coupon is valid.

Strapworks does offer NET Terms for qualified business customers who have submitted a Credit Application to email@example.com. Customers applying for Net Terms are subject to investigation through Experian Business Credit Reports. Net Terms may be denied or removed at any time for any reason. Terms and Limits approved are determined by Strapworks and are not subject to the customer’s company’s rules, regulations, and/or terms.
Strapworks does not conduct testing on any products. Some products are tested by the manufacturer and results are provided on the product page. We encourage each customer to conduct independent testing to make sure the product fulfills their own requirements. Strapworks is not liable for the misuse or misinterpretation of provided test results. Strapworks is not liable for any product failure or malfunction. All testing results should be considered for guideline only.
Product and Site Reviews
Strapworks may ask customers to review our company or the products purchased. Customers are not required to leave a review of any type. We reserve the right to address or remove any reviews on any of its sites or products.
Website and Photo Use
All images and videos on Strapworks.com, its subsidiary sites, social networks, and used in marketing materials are considered copyrighted property of Strapworks LLC. Any use by person, company, or otherwise entity, without the express written permission of Strapworks LLC is in violation of the law and will be subject to legal proceedings.

Strapworks.com and its subsidiary websites are secured by 256-bit encryption provided by Symantec Norton. All sites are up to date on their PCI compliance. All personal information, including payment information, is completely secure, and is never sold to any third party company. Strapworks may use name and email information to serve marketing materials through third party approved marketing companies. Any information used is considered secured and will not be used for anything outside of Strapworks.com or its subsidiaries branded products. You may remove yourself from receiving marketing material by emailing email@example.com. Comments, pictures, and/or videos, given in our reviews, or on any of our social networks are considered public content and Strapworks has the right to use such material for any use it deems necessary.
Strapworks allows the purchase of individual products for the sole purpose to encourage our customers to buy only what you need to thoroughly test and evaluate its suitability for your needs. It is your responsibility to test our hardware for appropriate strength; to test our webbing for sew-ability; to check for color fastness; and to check our finished straps and other products for functionality. If you are reselling Strapworks products, it is your responsibility to ensure the suitability of those products for your client’s end use and to provide the proper liability insurance for such sales. Strapworks liability is only for the replacement or refund of its own products. Strapworks and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any incidental damage or injury incurred through the use of our products.
