You may notice that we've updated a few things. Whether you are a new or returning customer, having an account can help you navigate our store, keep track of past orders, and simplify the checkout process. If you are new to our site and would like to create an account, follow these helpful steps to get started.

Please note: Returning customers who had an account with strapworks.com prior to September 7th, 2021, will need to create a new account now that we have migrated platforms. 

1. Navigate to strapworks.com

2. Click 'LOG IN' in the top right corner

3. Next, select the 'Create an Account' option. 

This can be found in the mid-right section of the login page.

4. Choose a registration method.

If you choose to sign up via email, input the required information into the respective fields. Don't forget to solve the CAPTCHA.

5. Finally, click 'Create an Account'.

 

 

Congratulations! You've just created an account with Strapworks. You can access your account dashboard by clicking 'MY ACCOUNT' in the top right-hand corner. From here you can view order history, update shipping and payment preferences, and manage your account information. We hope you enjoy our new site!

 

If you already have an account, but can't remember your password, don't worry. Reseting your password is easy, and we've listed the steps you'll need to follow below. 

1. Navigate to strapworks.com

2. Click 'LOG IN' in the top right corner

3. Next, Select 'Forgot Your Password'.

4. Enter the email address you used to create the account.

Don't forget the CAPTCHA.

5. Click 'Reset My Password'.

6. Check your inbox and open the email from Strapworks.com. Click the 'Set a New Password' Link

Please Note: If you have not recieved the email within a few minutes, check the spam folder. The email should look similar to this. 

7. Create a new password for your account. 

 

Once your password has been reset you can log in as you normally would. Now that you're logged in, you can access and edit your information, and continue to enjoy all the benefits of having an account! For more questions or concerns you can email us at [email protected]
