Technical Specs

	Our D-Rings are Nickel Plated, Welded Steel. They come in sizes from 1/2" up to 2" and are measured by the inside bar where your material would attach to the D-Ring. So, if you are ordering 1" webbing you would want to order a 1" D-Ring. They also come in Lightwire (.13" wire thickness) or Heavy Duty (.12" to .26" wire thickness).
For more information, please click on the RED technical specs tab above. Not only do the D-rings come in standard color as shown above, but they also come in 24 cool colors. These colors are "powder coated" onto the metal. This coating does provide some protection against corrosion. Custom colors may be available for larger orders, contact Custom@strapworks.com for more information. D-Rings can be used to make a variety of straps from Belts to Tie-Downs. They can be sewn to almost anything including backpacks and clothing. Whatever your need D-Rings are a great product. Please note, powder coating is not permanent. It will chip and deteriorate over time, especially in any "hard" use. We recommend you check out our anodized hardware selection for a more durable solution (in black).

Love the D-rings	September 16, 2012

I manufacture dog collars and leads for sports dogs primarily. These D-rings have always been beautiful and are strong and sturdy.

My only wish would be that in the 1" and 1.5" size that there would be a mid-weight D-ring available. The lightwire looks undersized on some collars, but the heavywire is too bulky for most dogs, particularly in the 1.5" size.

Metal D Rings, slides, snaps, & plastic buckles	December 3, 2008

I am a manufacturer of adjustable dog collars and leashes. This is a new line of products for me and I was desperate to find the perfect hardware to compliment my webbing. I found Strapworks online, called and ever so inartfully tried to describe what I needed. Well, nothing got lost in the translation. The very next day my order was shipped. When it arrived, I was extremely pleased with the quality and look. It was exactly what I had in mind.
