Shipping and Returns Policies

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you received or the product(s) does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return, although certain restrictions may apply*. Should you need to return the product(s), please contact Strapworks within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Further instructions will be provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form issued by our support staff. By purchasing product(s) from Strapworks (the seller), you (the purchaser) agree to the Terms and Conditions of the sale. Purchaser agrees that seller will issue a refund to purchasers’ account or provide store credit for the amount paid for the product(s), less restocking fees. Restocking fees shall be 20% of the purchase price of the returned product(s) plus any shipping costs or overhead costs the seller may incur in relation to the returned product(s). Original shipping charges on the product(s) purchased will not be refunded to the purchaser on any returned product(s).

Return Instructions

1. Contact us to request an RMA form and receive instructions at [email protected] You will be required to submit an RMA form for any return.

2. Attach the form inside of the shipping box with the product(s) you are returning.

3. Package and ship your return.

4. The RMA will be processed within 10 business days* of Strapworks’ receipt of the return package.

Note: Purchaser is responsible for making sure the product(s) are returned to the seller in its original condition.

Replacement & Defects

If purchaser receives a product(s) that is damaged or defective through no fault of the purchaser, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. Please contact [email protected] and we will work with you on options and next steps.

Lost or Stolen Shipment

If your product(s) fail to arrive or you suspect it was stolen before you received the package, please contact us at [email protected]

Return Restrictions

- Used or damaged product(s) due to purchaser negligence cannot be returned. The term “damaged product” includes but is not limited to: damages caused by improper use, original packaging is torn or missing, product(s) damaged during shipment, or product(s) damaged due to improper installation.

- Example items that are non-returnable are including but not limited to: standard and custom made straps, custom printed webbing, belts, powder coated hardware, and clearance items.

- Webbing, elastic, hook & loop, Velcro, and cordage may only be returned in lengths of 50 feet or more. Lengths under 50 feet or containing splices will not be authorized.

- Seller reserves the right to refuse any returned product(s) at its sole discretion.

Orders & Cancellations or Modifications

Most orders are fulfilled within three business days*. Straps, powder coated hardware, and sublimated webbing are made to order and will require additional time to fulfill the order. For more information, please click here.

Purchasers will receive an order confirmation and copy of the invoice emailed to the address provided by the purchaser after the order has been placed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review the invoice for accuracy and completeness. Please contact [email protected] immediately for any discrepancies, errors, or to make modifications to your order. Making a modification to an order may result in a delay in fulfillment and shipping times. Orders that have been fulfilled and/or shipped cannot be modified. All orders requiring production (such as straps, custom orders, belts, and powder coating) cannot be modified once in production. Orders can be cancelled up to the moment of shipment by contacting [email protected] Cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday until 3pm. In-stock orders will be shipped within three business days*. Made to order products will ship after applicable time to make and fulfill the order. For more information, please click here. Transit time is determined by the shipping company and can change due to weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances. Transit time is in addition to any in house lead time required to produce your order.

Express shipping is available on most orders. Express orders placed after 1pm will not ship until the following business day. International orders may be subject to additional fees for customs and duties. Strapworks does not have the ability to provide an estimate for these fees. Customs and duties fees are the purchasers’ responsibility to pay. Please check with your local customs border service before ordering. Packages held by customs will require customer contact to address the issue and pay any additional fees.

Strapworks does offer In-Store Pickup for those customers in the area. Customers who select this option will be contacted to pick up their order in person from our Eugene, Oregon location. Orders not picked up within two weeks will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will not be refunded. Customers may request an order be held longer than two weeks. Webbing

Webbing color and dye lots can vary. Color shades may vary within the same color. Our mills may change the color or shade without notice.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Strapworks does not price match competitors. All pricing and quantity discounts are shown on product pages. Not all products are eligible for quantity discounts.

Privacy

Strapworks.com and its subsidiary websites are secured. All sites are up to date on their PCI compliance. All personal information, including payment information, is completely secure, and is never sold to any third-party company. Strapworks may use name and email information to serve marketing materials through third party approved marketing companies. Any information used is considered secured and will not be used for anything outside of Strapworks.com or its subsidiaries branded products. You may remove yourself from receiving marketing material by emailing [email protected] Comments, pictures, and/or videos, given in our reviews, or on any of our social networks are considered public content and Strapworks has the right to use such material for any use it deems necessary.

Liability Policy

Strapworks allows the purchase of individual products for the sole purpose to encourage our customers to buy only what you need to thoroughly test and evaluate its suitability for your needs. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to test our hardware for appropriate strength; to test our webbing for sew-ability; to check for color fastness; and to check our finished straps and other products for functionality. If you are reselling Strapworks products, it is the reseller’s responsibility to ensure the suitability of those products for your client’s end use and to provide the proper liability insurance for such sales. Strapworks liability is only for the replacement or refund of its own products. Strapworks and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any incidental damage or injury incurred through the use of Strapworks’ products. By purchasing from Strapworks or its subsidiaries you agree to all above Policies.
