Sizing Information

Though our plastic strap adjuster buckles are available in five different sizes, those sizes don't apply universally to all plastic buckle styles and colors in our inventory. White standard buckles are available in -inch, 1-inch. Black standard buckles are available in all sizes. Double bar buckles are available in -inch, and 1-inch (locking). Super-lock buckles are available in 1 inch, (plus 1 -inch and 2-inch available in black only). All buckles feature the same unique design that allows a strap to be slipped through a set of locking bars for easy tightening and a secure grip.

Breaking Strength Information

The Plastic Strap Adjuster shown here is attached to 3/4-inch polyester webbing. Three-quarter inch polyester webbing has a breaking strength of 2500 pounds, so it works great for medium to heavy-duty applications. Please keep in mind that once the webbing is made into a strap with a piece of hardware, the new working load is based on the weakest point of the strap. If you have questions regarding the breaking strength required for a certain project or application, our general questions regarding our plastic straps, we invite you to contact our customer support team at support@strapworks.com.
