Buckle Loose and Unsecure |

I ordered a buckle for a handbag. I was very unhappy as the buckle keeps coming open; thus the bag is useless. I sent back to show them how loosely it fit and ask for a replacement that was secure. All they did was to send the bag right back, with same buckle and didn't even bother to write me a courtesy note. It's the last time I'll purchase anything from Strapworks.com!

I purchased the hybrid metal/plastic side release buckle about 3yrs ago to make a baby carrier/pack...it hasn't had heavy use, but the buckle has started coming undone with just a little tug and has popped open many times while wearing. I wouldn't advise using this one for safety reasons. I notified Strapworks about this, but was told it was too old for them to replace. No mention of updates, or safety improvements made to this product. I'm disappointed.

I use these Hybrid plastic/ metal buckles for dog collars. I use Men's ties for the base. With the Metal it just makes it all come together.
Great service and I receive them very quickly. Thank you

We were using another kind of buckle from another company, on our pet wheelchairs, that would constantly break; we were constantly sending out replacements to our customers. Since we've switched to the hybrid buckle, we haven't had one break.

I have really enjoyed using these buckles. They give our dog collars a burst of color and are not heavy like some metal buckles out there. The range of color is awesome!!
