The Metal/Plastic Hybrid Side Release Buckles are bold enough for you to be proud of on your straps. They are commonly used as light to medium duty securing or tie down straps.  Also, they've been chosen as a belt!  We have all of our color options available for the female half, while the male end comes in an uncomplicated, yet neat looking, black. The metal/plastic hybrid side release buckle also has better gas mileage than the other buckles! We can also powder coat the metal portion of your Metal/Plastic Hybrid Side Release Buckle for a small additional charge. You can choose from 19 stock colors. There is no minimum on stock colors. You can also order from over 100 available colors. On custom colors there is a minimum of 150 pieces (you can combine different types of metal hardware to meet this requirement). Please keep in mind that powder coating can delay shipping your order, and that powder coating is only available with metal hardware. Very good quality November 21, 2008 Reviewer: K. Parkes from Oxford, MD United States   We were using another kind of buckle from another company, on our pet wheelchairs, that would constantly break; we were constantly sending out replacements to our customers.  Since we've switched to the hybrid buckle, we haven't had one break. Work great! April 6, 2008 Reviewer: Danielle from Aurora, IL United States   I have used these buckles on all of the collars that I have made for my dogs and they have held up great so far.  They are easy to use and seem to be very durable.  Plus, they give the colors a cleaner look than just using plastic buckles.
