Spring Buckle Straps
Spring Buckle Straps utilize a spring buckle sewn to the end
of the webbing of your choice. To tie down or secure an application, you feed
the free end of the webbing around any object and back to the Spring Buckle,
inserting it up through the bottom into the slot and then letting go of the
spring buckle once tight enough. Spring Buckle Straps are designed so that once
the webbing is fed through the slot in the Spring Buckle, a simple pulling on
the loose end while opening the Spring Buckle, is all that is needed to tighten
the strap to your load. The teeth on the spring buckle grips the webbing once
you let go. Spring Buckle Straps are used in light applications and can slip if
given too much pull.

Flat Nylon: Flat nylon is best used for higher abrasion applications. It is not recommended to use in or around water continuously because it absorbs water quickly, causing rot & mildew. It can also stretch up to 2% of its length when wet (submerged in water multiple times). However, if you need a heavy duty strap for a "beefy" job, this webbing is for you. Nylon has a thickness of .070 - .075 of an inch and its breaking strength on flat nylon ranges from 2275lbs. - 5500lbs.
Heavyweight Polypropylene: Heavyweight polypropylene is great to use in the outdoors. It has excellent UV protection, and it doesn't absorb water quickly giving it resistance to rot & mildew. The abrasion resistance isn't very high, so we recommend not using this material against rough edges. This webbing is perfect for medium duty applications. It has a thickness of .060 of an inch and its breaking strength ranges from 675lbs. - 1800lbs.
Lightweight Polypropylene:Lightweight polypropylene is also great for the outdoors. It differs from the heavyweight by breaking strength and stiffness. Other than that, it has all the same specs as the heavyweight polypro. Lightweight is .040 of an inch thick and its breaking strength ranges from 375lbs. - 750lbs.
