At Strapworks we carry three different styles of trigger snaps: rounded, square cornered and light duty. The 5/8 inch trigger snap is available in the rounded and square corner styles. The 3/4 inch comes in rounded and square corner. The 3/4 is also available in light duty with two options, oval bottom or rounded bottom. So, when ordering the 3/4 in light duty trigger snaps, state in the comments section your preference. In addition to the rounded and square bottom style, the 1 inch is also availabe in a light duty curved style.
We can also powder coat your trigger snaps for a small additional charge. You can choose from 19 stock colors. There is no minimum on stock colors. You can also order from over 100 available colors. On custom colors there is a minimum of 150 pieces (you can combine different types of metal hardware to meet this requirement). Please keep in mind that powder coating can delay shipping your order, and that powder coating is only available with metal hardware.

These are certainly our choice for heavy duty leash hardware. However, some of the trigger snaps are light duty and not recommended for leash hardware. The release is pretty exaggerated. Most prefer these over the bolt snaps because it is harder for the trigger snaps "release" to catch on something and open.
