1-1/2 Inch BioThane Beta 520 Super Flex Black

For belts, collars, harness, or any other strap that’s going to see a lot of use, BioThane™ coated webbing is an excellent choice. BioThane’s Beta 520 series is a matte, leather-like, embossed coated webbing that has become especially popular in the equine industry as part of halters and bridles. It is also especially useful in medical and athletic applications for its ability to be easily cleaned and sanitized. The fully Berry compliant Beta 520 series is a polyester webbing coated in PVC, so that it will not dry out, stain, crack, or absorb odors. This 1½ inch black “super flex” BioThane™ is thinner and more flexible than the standard version, but just as strong. It features a matte, opaque coating, has an approximate thickness of .055’’-.065’’, and a breaking strength of 1,000lbs.
