A Metal Surcingle is also known as a Hook & Eye Buckle or a Cinch Buckle. This easy-to-use 2 inch surcingle lays flat and secure. They are commonly used to connect webbing and cordage, in slings and harnesses, and to adjust belts and tie-downs. Surcingle buckles are most frequently used to secure horse blankets. Please note, these 2-piece buckles are not meant to support heavy weight loads, and are best suited for light-duty use securing webbing, leather, and cloth.
