Flat nylon webbing is an excellent choice for high-abrasion applications, such as pet collars, leashes, belts, ratchet straps, and more! While nylon webbing has remarkable abrasion resistance, it does not have particularly good moisture resistance, as it will absorb water quickly and stretch when wet. Because of this, flat nylon is not typically recommended for outdoor applications that may be regularly subjected to wet conditions. Perfect for medium-to-heavy duty applications, this ¾ inch white flat nylon has an impressive breaking strength of 2,375lbs(maximum recommended working load 780lbs), a thickness of .070’’-.075’’, and an approximate melting point of 380-425°F.
