Technical Specs

Swiveling Stainless Steel D-Ring attached to Flat Stainless Steel Clip with Drilled Hole for attaching to flat surface. The stainless steel d-rings are sized according to the size of webbing you need to order. So, if you order a 3/4 inch d-ring, you would need to order 3/4 inch webbing. Both the 3/4 and 1 inch have a wire size of 0.13 (thickness) and the hole size for the clip is .25 (1/4 inch). The 5/8 inch has a wire size (thickness) of 0.12, and a hole size of 0.21 of an inch.

We can also powder coat your stainless steel d-rings with clip for a small additional charge. You can choose from 19 stock colors. There is no minimum on stock colors. You can also order from over 100 available colors. On custom colors there is a minimum of 150 pieces (you can combine different types of metal hardware to meet this requirement). *Please keep in mind that powder coating can delay shipping your order, and that powder coating is only available with metal hardware.

These are perfect for light utility straps, hanging picture frames, or hanging anything *within reason* from flat surfaces. For more information on the measurements, please click on the technical specs tab.

For sizes other than 3/4 or 1 inch, email support@strapworks.com, be sure to include your contact information, size, and quantity of the items you would like to order. The minimum varies for special purchases. For items purchased in the U.S., the minimum can be as low as 50, but for items purchased overseas the minimum can be 500 or higher.

Used these for luggage tie downs on scooter floorplates. Nicely finished product, no sharp edges, and they work great!

Canoe Tie-downs	June 26, 2009

Most new cars make it very hard to tie the ends of a canoe. I used Strapworks 1" stainless steel D-rings to solve this problem. Under the front and rear corners of the car, I found screws holding plastic trim to the metal underneath. I just removed each screw, put it through the tab on the D-ring, and re-inserted the screw. Problem solved!
